TO QUALIFY MIN CREDIT REQUIRED IS 600 (LANDLORD WILL ALSO CONSIDER OTHER FACTORS ON CREDIT REPORT) AND MIN INCOME REQUIRED IS THREE TIMES THE RENT ON TOP OF ANY MAJOR OBLIGATIONS. THE LANDLORD WILL ALSO LOOK AT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, RENTAL HISTORY, EVICTION DATABASE AND OTHER SIMILAR DATABASES TO QUALIFY A CANDIDATE.

Please fill out  the entire application in its entirety and sign electronically, please do not use abbreviations, special characters, and use all four digits for the year. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU LIFT ANY CREDIT FREEZES IF YOU HAVE ANY BEFORE SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION OR YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY AND PAY AGAIN AFTER LIFTING THE FREEZE FROM YOUR CREDIT. We can generally process your application fairly quickly as long as all information is received in its entirety, however it could take up to five business days to obtain your rental history from previous landlords since we are dependent on other entities in rental history verification process. If more than one applications are received on the subject property then landlord reserves the right to choose the one that they deem as the best qualifying application and there is a possibility of multiple people applying for the same property. Also, please understand that the application approval is a decision made by the landlord and we cannot guarantee you approval on your application until fully approved by the landlord.
